Prima hotel!
Mooie en schone kamers. Heerlijke douche, goede bedden en leuk balkon met zitje. Enige minpunt is dat het hotel geen bar heeft waar je ‘s avonds nog een drankje kan doen. De bar bij het zwembad is al vroeg dicht.

Overall we're satisfied. Personal were all really nice and helpfull. We also only need about 10 min walk to the beach, but the hotel also provide a shuttle service to the hotel beach area. Breakfast buffet with a lot of option.

I’d absolutely stay at this hotel again, the service is incredible. The pools and bars are fantastic and the room service outstanding. Honestly the best buffet breakfast as well. I stayed just for a short 6 night break and barely left the hotel because everything is there! A short walk to the beach and bars which was cool too. Highly recommend.

Amazing report nothing to fault about it. Friendly staff very clean place, clean rooms. No random bugs in the room like some places. Nice breakfast layout. Prime location lots of shops clubs and restaurants on the road. 5min walk to Seminyak beach. Lovely 2 big pools and 1 for kids. Highly recommend Courtyard By Marriott.

Very polite, helpful and caring staff. Hotel lobby is immaculate and so was room, very clean and spacious. Good eating venues serving both local and international cuisines and good shops in the vicinity. The Seminyak beach is just a few minutes walk. Highly recommended.

The service level at Courtyard was excellent. Each staff took the time to get to know my name and somehow remembered it when we next saw each other! Facilities are not new but very well maintained and clean. Location was great as well, tonnes of good restaurants, Double Six beach as well as the main street with lots of shopping, all within reasonable walking distance.

Really hoped for a great experience and they've obviously spent big on Livinia and Catrina from Getaway to convince Aussie travellers to stay. But the level of service just doesnt cut it. Arrived at 230 to be told they wouldn't check us in til 3. Then checked in everyone until us at 4. Then a confusing policy regarding buying from the pool bar and billing it to your room. They cut you off at $150 which is nothing. Weirdly, the person I was travelling with didn't endure this. So doesnt appear to be a standard policy. Hotel apologies when I asked what had happened, but was very strange. Never had that happen before. Around the area, the noise is really bad. Constantly hassled by massage parlours and bike people for a taxi. Just want to relax. I;m not sure this area is good for tourists anymore.
