Thank you for your comments. Sorry for making you have some inconvenience. Fairly speaking, the location of our hotel is convenient. It just take 15 minutes walking from the hotel to the subway station and there are many famous sites nearby the hotel like joy city, people square, Nanjing Road, etc. Our staffs all can speak English and we will try to improve our spoken English. Thank you for your suggestion. And about the towel, there are some misunderstanding. We rent the towel for making our guests more convenient, but you used it to get off your makeup and make the towel so dirty. We also show you the photos and videos. To make it cleaner our staff take the towel away and clean it. Later we offer you another towel for free and we never think about charging you more. In the room there are bathroom and locker to place the luggage and it's enough for the luggage. In addition, our hotel is new so pillows and mattress are new. In the end, every hotel have the system of card access and it's not something strange. After all, we think there are some misunderstanding between us but we will still try to make the service better.
