Perfect for a quick getaway
Very nice facilities and wonderful restaurants. You have 3 beaches to choose from and a very specious pool. Room 4501 has the best view and we were grateful for it.

Had a really enjoyable week at Mövenpick. Can’t really fault them for much. Staff were amazing and really doted on my daughter which made for a great couple days. Facilities ( pool, beach etc were clean and quiet) In particular, a big shout out to Yasmine and the team in the restaurant who were always there to chat to, explain the various options on the menu, as well as entertain my daughter with chats. Would definitely return.

Generally Our trip was amazing. We loved the room that we stayed. Staff was friendly and helpful. For dining options was good enough. Pool was clean and bigger than I thought. They have very good private beaches. Also the staff who is offering parasailing, safari, boat tour was pretty good. Breakfast was enough for me but this is depend what you expect. I’m happy that I choose them. Thank to them.

If you go there I am sure you will have a nice stay. I did feel some what isolated, but I think this is Sharm. Everything is quite far. Staff is really nice. Always checking on us. Room service is pretty good.

Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Unsere Matratze wurde sofort ausgetauscht nach unserer Meldung. Das Ambiente wird in allen Bars und Restaurants mit klassischer Musik unterstrichen. Die Anlage befindet sich gerade im Umbau. Alle Zimmer werden renoviert. Es ist überhaupt kein Baulärm zu hören oder Baustellen auch zu sehen. Sehr gut organisiert! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen mit Sicherheit bald wieder.

Très bel établissement avec des petites plages privées très sympas, dans un environnement naturel exceptionnel. Bonne qualité de restauration. Dommage que nous soyons dérangés, toutes les nuits jusqu’à 2h30, par des discothèques environnantes. Il est vraiment impossible de dormir avant 3h00.

Das Hotel liegt an der wunderschönen Bucht Nähe Naama Bay und unweit vom Flughafen entfernt. Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Renovationsbedürftig! Die Dusche ist alt und zum Teil rostig. Die Zimmer werden nur dürftig geputzt, staubige Abstellflächen und der Boden wurde nur dürftig geputzt. Die Aussicht von den Zimmern aus ist wunderschön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, vor allem in den Restaurants und am Strand.

Nice resort, but dining room should be improved
The facility looks nice, but maintenance could be improved (my shower had to be fixed, electronic room keys of me and my friend needed reprogramming three times during a 4-night stay). Main issue is the dining room - it is called "buffet", but in reality it is not - you have to stand in a queue for each item you want to take (even bread!). The taste of the food could also be better.

الغرف مليئة بالحشرات ولا يوجد اي حل ولا نستطيع النوم ابدا من كثرة البعوض الموضفين ودودين جدا جدا ولكن النضافة سيئة جدا ويوجد اصوات شفطات بجانب الفرفة مما سبب لنا الازعاج ويوجد سحالي كبيرة الحجم على باب الغرفة مما سبب لنا الازعاج الاكل جيد جدا والعمال في المطعم جيدا

Bed begs, they don’t clean them, if you take a bath the floor will be flooded, buffet is horrible, they control the quantity they make you feel you eat too much, please go it Madina or Mecca or Istanbul and check their buffet. If you stay in Sharm go to the newer hotels because they are clean. Also people there think you are an ATM and they want a lot of money and they still don’t appreciate and they ask for more.

The best things in the hotel are their view and landscape.. They are beautiful But.. They have many problems related to the staff quality and management supervision. For example: In our room, the bed sheets had stains. The hotel should have thrown these sheets as they are not getting washed out. Aircondition control unit is not working. Curtains are not hanging properly. Chairs in the hotel is not comfortable. They don't have medical mattress which we needed for our back problem. Some waiters are speaking in a very valger way and shouting at each other infront of the guests. The animation team had no training and no supervision from the management. Some of them don't know how to speak with the customer. Some of them lack basic etiquette, knowledge of hygiene and how to look. One had dirty nails and hair. The spa is terrible terrible terrible. It smells bad. They have zero knowledge about spa services, massage basics, they don't know the difference between body and face creams and oils. They need to hire much much better caliber in all roles, train them and supervise their work..

The only beauty in the hotel is the sea.. When we received the room, we were shocked that the room was untidy from the exit of the previous guest.. The furniture is very very old.. To reach the rooms or exit, many tired stairs are used.. My advice to stay away.
