Dear Mr. Jose,Sunny greeting from our delightful SUNRISE Arabian Beach Resort- Grand Select-Please be informed that , on October 15th you send us an email sated that you didn't find you apple watch , although your check out date was October 14th , so you discovered the case of losing the apple watch at your Home day after the check out date . after we investigate the case , our colleague Mr. Mohamed Moawad( Front office Manager ) replied your email stating that , unfortunately we didn't find your apple watch in the room or even in the safe box which was left open by your good self , nobody from the hotel promised your good self that you will be refund you for your stay , as we have no fault from our side .Thank you for your review .
