Just a simple short BDay trip for the wife. I asked if they have anything special for birthdays and they gave us a free cake with a small room upgrade. Staff was very friendly from start to finish

Unexpected upgrade

I stayed here for a business trip. I booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room because they were out of non-smoking rooms. However they were able to upgrade my reservation to an available executive suite. The room was excellent and the staff was very helpful.

室内は広く、カウチスペース、執務スペース、ベッドエリアと素晴らしい空間でした。 ドレスルームも独立しており妻も大満足でしたが、シャワールームの排水が悪く、ドア側に水が溜まり足でかき分けなくてはならかったのが残念です。

Very pleasant mix of china and western influences on the negative they allow smoking in the hotel

A very good experience in this hotel with good services. The hotel is in walking distance to subway station and many other attractions within 20 minutes' walk.
