Hotel is an average hotel, everything is clean but a bit outdated. The beds were comfortable. We stayed at the hotel for 1 night as we had transfer flights. The location is good as it close to the food market. 15-25 minutes drive to the airport depending traffic which is perfect for an airport hotel. We did not use the free shuttle as it only run once a hour.

Ik had 70 dollars op de tafel liggen in mijn kamer. Kleingeld. Terug uit het zwembad geld verdwenen. De kamer was die dag nog niet schoon gemaakt om 18.00uur.normaal kamer om 12.00 uur schoon. Ik denk dat het kamermeisje het geld heeft gepikt. Kan niets bewijzen.directie zegt; niemand is op de kamer geweest.

This hotel is very close to where the little boats leave for Pulau Ubin island and we had a lovely day trip there to see the nature reserve. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Transportation is convenient from/to the airport, and the staff at reception is incredibly nice. No complains about the amenities neither. However, I reserved a room with two twin beds but the type of room is not available upon check in. There’s ants on the table as well, which discredits the the cleanliness.

深夜便で到着したのでこちらのホテルに宿泊しました。とても静かなところですが、空港からはタクシーで30分ぐらい、30ドルぐらいかかります。設備は普通ですが、スタッフの方はみんな親切です。日中は空港シャトルバスもあります。 慣れれば空港からバスを乗り継いでも来られます。こちらは3ドルぐらいです。 近くのバスターミナルの隣にあるホーカーセンターはローカル色が豊かでおいしいものがたくさんあります。ビールも飲めますよ！

I chose this property because of the shuttle to and from the airport. I tried to contact the property before. I arrived in the country and when I arrive in country. The went to voicemail and I even having to pay to come to the property. That only problem other than that the staff was great

The hotel room that we stayed was very clean and big for 2 and it was on high floor with seaview. Hotel staff were also very friendly. The beach is nearby the hotel with a walkable distance of about 5minutes and there are lots of eateries available. Nice environment away from city. No regrets for a staycation in the hotel.

Hotel is older. Smells musty in the hallway. Room was fine but very awkward bathtub shower. Staff friendly. We were off a cruise ship and wanted to check in 2 hours early. They charged us $119. And put us in a room that was ready.

Many parts of property public spaces needed cleaning. Exterior of the building and hallways needed painting. Room was clean, but also a lot elements in need of repair. Expedia pictures make property look a lot nicer than it is.

This is not 4 star hotel. 3 star at best. The building seems unmaintained. Ot is located more than 30 mins to common attractions and can be difficult to get a Grab to and from. The highlight is the staff. Kind and helpful

2 days stay before leaving Singapore
Very neat and tidy place. Good services. Kind workers and pleasant receptionists. We didnt taste hotel food yet. It seems expensive comparing with other restaurants. But there are alot eating places around to enjoy. Easy to take busses to travel around.

¡No pude alojarme!
Desafortunadamente tuve una muy mala experiencia con este hotel. Al llegar me dijeron que no habían confirmado mi reserva, pero el operador había procesado a tiempo el pago, el itinerario y el número de confirmación. Al final, no me pude hospedar ya que habían sobrevendido todo y la respuesta de la coordinadora de ese día fue "no tenemos espacio". Tuve que hospedarme al otro lado de la ciudad en un hostal y todo por no actualizar a tiempo la disponibilidad en las plataformas... Le agradezco a una recepcionista que fue amable, los demás muy groseros y sin preocupación por ayudar.

Disappointed with stay and my choice!
Checked in on a Wednesday evening after a long flight from New York and had problems checking in even though I already booked the room through Hotels.com. It wasn't hotel.coms fault it was purely the staff at the hotel. After finally getting my room key I took the elevator to the floor where my room was located and when I opened the door there was an immediate smell of mold in the room. My wife and I stayed in the room because the whole hotel smelled like mold and we didn't think changing our room would make a difference, plus we were tired. That evening after we went to bed a fire alarm went off at 4am and stayed on for quite sometime. I walked downstairs using the steps from the 5th floor and wound up getting stuck in the lobby for about 30 minutes because the elevator was turned off. It turned out to be a false alarm, so the first night we didn't sleep to well. The hotel at one point seemed like it would have been a nice place to stay at but it hasn't been maintained to well. There was serious mold i noticed in the stair well when I walked down plus the hotel needs a serious paint job and a lot of touch-ups. The shower was very strange as well, it was a bathtub with a hand held shower that wasn't long enough to allow you to stand and take a shower. The location is not great at all, better off staying somewhere near downtown. The pool was kind of nice, but cold and didn't have hand rails going into the pool, the buffet breakfast was good.

We chose the hotel for the shuttle and when we arrived due to a late plane problem, there was no longer a shuttle available and we had to pay $60 to come. Shuttles run about every hour and nothing between noon and 5.

The property was clean and well maintained. The area around it was walkable and I especially enjoyed the short walk to the beach. There were many eateries to choose from. Was not happy with the hotel shuttle service. There is no shuttle service available from noon to 5:50 so if your flight comes in during this period, you have to take a cab or sit around and wait. The hotel isn't close to the airport.

Stayed 4 nights here. Hotel is very clean and customer service is excellent. However, keep in mind, if you want to get to the central downtown area like garden by the Bay Area, it’s a far drive. There aren’t much to do within walking distance beside many food choices. Pulau Ubin island would be your only bet if you like hiking and biking. Other than that, the beach walk was really boring and saw loads of trash. Heard they are still trying to clean it up. Overall, hotel is great. Just wish the breakfast would not cost $20 but doesn’t have that much choice.

Many Changes
Since Covid, it seemed that the hotel lost some of its charm. The good: room was clean, fitness room was well equipped including steam sauna (although there was only one changing area with no privacy or bench to take off/put on shoes) and staff were very good. The bad: room was a stark solid white with no decorations and no usb ports, no bottled water provided, airport shuttle schedule is very limited, welcome mocktail is uninspiring and small.

As soon as we stepped off the elevator to head to our room, I was greeted with a dingy smell… like wet carpet that has been sitting around. Our bath tub had mold in the bathroom and the room in general smelled moldy. Our fridge didn’t even work. We left well ahead of checkout to go to SIN.

I booked that hotel to be close to airport in Singapore as we had a flight 9:30am the next morning. But the drive from airport to hotel is actually quite far (~25$ by taxi). The airport shuttle service the hotel offers does not start before 8am so it was not helpful. Although the hotel is sort of fancy and stylish and has a good roof top swimming pool, I would not recommend it. Also in the middle of the night we staid there, there were lots false fire alarm caused by some hefty rain on the hotel roof top. I asked for some compensation next morning but did not get any. I think the hotel could at least have offered a free ride to airport. There are excellent food courts close to hotel, the restaurant in the hotel is quite expensive

Ok visit
We were transiting. Takes about 20-30 minutes by taxi from the terminal. The age of the hotel is becoming apparent, but it's still clean and nice. Unfortunately, it's impossible to get a coffee aside from at breakfast. The restaurant on the top floor isn't 100% functional yet, but it does serve lunch and dinner. The pools are nice, and nearby Changi village and beach is nice. I think we just had bad luck with the missing amenities, but I think for the price we payed, not being able to serve a cup of coffee is a big minus in my book.
