Loved that it came with a recliner in the room. Beds were comfy, quite area. Under remodel so no breakfast… but other then that everything else was really good

My parent's room was given to someone else. The agent didn't seem to know what was going on and didn't do anything to correct the situation. I ordered this room because my mother had hearing issues, but we didn't get that room and were put in another room.

Don't steal our stuff=don't want your cheap stuff

The hotel was doing remodeling in the kitchen free coffee area. No creamer for coffee by the elevator. Coffee was hot. When we checked in the person who checked us in wanted my visa for possible theft of their room items. It was late. I gave it to him. Why would I want your stuff? Not coming back either.

Terrible experience
