A nice accommodation with good service. Unfortunately the hotel bar was a bit confusing. The rooms were good and large. Just this time dust in the room. Which couldn't be fixed qt 0200, which i totally understand.

The idea of the designers was to keep the original historical retro style of the rooms and all areas. The hotel looks dated on purpose. Ondanks dat de accomodatie ideaal is gelegen, de kamers zeer ruim zijn, het personeel correct en netjes. Als je house feesten als huwelijks feesten hebt die doordreunen door het hele hotel tot 3 uur s nachta zijn er 2 problemen. 1 slechte o stallatie zonder geluidsdempende voeten etc. 2 je geeft niet om je andere gasten die notabene 30 euro per nacht extra betalen in het weekend.

Dear Abraham,I am very sorry to read that the only disappointment with our hotel was the loud music. Unfortunately, there are rare situations where other people do not comply with the rules on permitted noise levels and control is a real challenge. Especially in the summer, Sofia is a nightlife city, which is good news for party lovers and bad news for people who need a good night's sleep. We have quiet rooms and we always try to accommodate there our sensitive guests in case we expect noisy evenings. Nice stay in the center of Sofia

Great service at this hotel which is starting to shows it age a little. Personnel is friendly and speak English quite well. The breakfast was OK, nothing special. Lots of fruit. The yogurt is the Bulgarian kind. The bed I had was harder than what I'm used to in a hotel, but this was actually just a good or even slightly better. My stay was on the fifth floor and was free of most traffic noises. The location is superb for sightseeing. I recommend the service to the airport.

Alles prima Enig minpuntje was dat onze vragen ivm bezoeken ter plaatse enz niet beantwoord werden. Het lijkt ons geen grote moeite om iets op te zoeken op internet indien iets niet geweten is.

Het hotel is centraal gelegen. Het personeel is hulpvaardig, vliegreis inchecken en uit draaien van de boarding pass.
