Dear Marc,There is very unfortunate to hear this and that you where not happy with your stay.The problem upon arrival was that you used a maestro card for payment but the staff was not informed that the hotel is not accepting it for payment (There is always a first time for anyone) And that we could not take cash for payment i understood was a big problem aswell, We are sad to hear that you where not happy with the bed, it is diffucult to please all but if we had the information you could have the option to look on another room since every room is not the same at hotel reisen. Thank you for taking your time and giving us the feedback, we always look for improvement! Hopefully you will get back to Hotel Reisen and give it another try.
