irreführend die Beschreibung vom Hotel.
das kleine Hotel ist unten jeden Kritik, unfreundlichen Empfang, die WC-Badezimmer ist auf dem Korridor, muss mit anderen teilen. Das Zimmer ist recht klein. Das Frühstück entspricht das Minimum. Wir waren so enttäuscht, das wir nur eine Nacht hier verbracht haben, und die andere zwei, was wir bezahlt haben, nahmen wir nicht in Anspruch, müssten eine andere Hotel suchen. Sehr schade!

Très beau cadre et bon accueil mais matelas de foncé un trou sur un des côtés. L'électricité à sauté quand nous avons utilisé le four et le sèche cheveux. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans le noir le matin dans la chambre, pas de fenêtre sur l'extérieur.

Le lac Majeur est un lieu magique et magnifique de la dolce vita italienne. La beauté des paysages et la bonne humeur des italiens incitent le touriste à revenir. Accueil formidable, bien meilleur qu'en France. Le charme de cet établissement couronne l'ensemble. Nous avons passé un très très bon week-end, agrémenté du soleil et de la douceur du mois de mars italien.

B&B nella tranquillità sulla collina di Stresa.
Posto tranquillo, sulla collina di Stresa. proprietario gentile e disponibile. Camera e bagno puliti, di recente ristrutturazione. Il bagno è in comune con altra camera che durante il ns. soggiorno non era occupata quindi ne abbiamo usufruito in modo esclusivo. Ottima colazione con croissant freschi. Da migliorare: per chi è abituato a non perdersi un telegiornale manca una TV in camera.

Romantisme du lac majeur
La vue sur le lac a été vendue mais elle est très restreinte à cause de la pousse des arbres de devant. Et difficile d'aller dîner dans Stresa à pied 15" de descente et plus d'une heure de montée forte pente on peut y aller en voiture mais parking payant jusqu a 11h du soir cher 2€ de l'heure par contre très bon accueil

コモ湖を望む素晴らしい景観を満喫できる。
最上階のアパートメント滞在はペントハウスで景色は殆ど見えなく残念でしたが、朝食もできるカフェバーは広いテラスがあって、そのテラスからのコモ湖とアルプスの山々の素晴らしい景色を望む事ができた。 隣接して無料のパーキングもあり、有名なベラッジオの街までは車で10数分の距離。ホテル直ぐそばにはAkron marineの小さなマリーナでコモ湖周遊のボートをレンタルすることも出来る。

New Year at Lske Maggiore
Massimo really helpful and friendly. Gave us maos and advised us of best way to get to attractions. Excellent breakfast and Massimo has a great sense of humour. Liked it so much we are staying another night. Car safely parked behind electric gate.

Netter Gastgeber, hatten das Zimmer im UG.
Leider sehr schmale und steile Abfahrt zum Haus und Parkplatz, das Zimmer hatte an der Wand und Decke Flecken (Vielleicht Wasserfl.), Das Bad war nicht im Zimmer sondern daneben und das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück war reichlich und lecker es gab Kaffee und Tee und Säfte. Massimo empfiehlt ein paar Restaurants und gute aich ruhige Strände! In die Stadt würde ich gerade bei der Hitze (35 °C +) nur mit dem Auto fahren da es schon etwas abgelegen ist.

très bonne étape.
propriétaire très gentil (ne parle pas français, mais fait énormément d'efforts pour communiquer).Excellent passage, petit déjeuner très bien préparé, belle vue de la terrasse de la chambre à l’étage sur le lac majeur. Seul petit inconvénient, il faut descendre dans la localité pour aller au restaurant (Zones ZTL !!!). Mais supers restaurants dans Streza?; M LOT

Fui enganado! Selecionei o estabelecimento como sendo um Hotel, mas é um B&B. Na reserva foi confirmado que o quarto possuia banheiro privativo, o que não é correto. O banheiro é compartilhado com outros hospedes. Há quartos situados no porão do estabelecimento. Ainda, na entrada não há placa indicativa do local. Passei três vezes pelo local e não identifiquei o estabelecimento, perdi mais de duas horas procurando. O mesmo ocorreu com outros hospedes, mesmo utilizando GPS.

B&B favoloso!!!
Sono rimasta davvero piacevolmente stupita.. le camere seppur con arredi molto semplici erano impeccabili e le vetrate dell'area comune erano fantastastiche! Il proprietario davvero una persona gentilissima e disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente se dovrò soggiornare ancora a stresa.

Bed and breakfast tres accueillant. La chambre était propre, la maison grande et accueillante, bien placée en hauteur dans la ville, en 2 min de voiture on est en bord de lac. Mais surtout un tres tres bon accueil de Massimo, qui a été tres attentionné et prévenant avec nous et notre fils de 2ans et demi. Petit déjeuner copieux et tres bon avec pains, vienoiseries jus de fruits. Je le recommande grandement.

Absolut Empfehlenswert!
Der Hausherr Massimo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hotel hat sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer. Das Bad war über den Flur separat (aber kein Gemeinschaftsbad!) und sehr groß und geräumig. Das Frühstück war super und liebevoll hingerichtet. Nur die Lage ist nicht ganz so gut, man braucht ein Auto um in die Stadt zu kommen. Man fühlt sich als wäre man zu Gast bei Freunden, der Hotel-Flair fehlt etwas, da es mehr ein großes Wohnhaus ist.

Would highly recommend.Good & very clean.
Massimo was the perfect host and the place was beautifully maintained and very clean. It had a good view of the lake. The breakfast was very good in fact cannot fault the place at all and would recommend it to anyone. There is a very steep hill down to the town and would not advise walking as the road is narrow and has no paths.

B&B - entspricht voll und ganz der Erwartung
Wir waren ein paar Tage in Stresa und haben uns von dort aus die Gegend um den Lago Maggiore angeschaut. Da wir sowieso die ganze Zeit unterwegs waren, war B&B voll ausreichend. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Frühstück war zwar nur Aufgebackenes, aber jeden Morgen sehr liebevoll angerichtet als kleines Büfett mit verschiedenen Säften, Müsli, Marmelade, Honig, Nutella und lecker Kuchen, also die süße Frühstücks-Variante (nicht die deftige, die lässt sich aber bestimmt absprechen). Kaffee und Tee wurden nach Wunsch an den Tisch gebracht, so dass wir jeden Morgen länger beim Früstück saßen als wir eigentlich vor hatten. Es war halt einfach gemütlich. Der Frühstücksraum kann abends auch als Aufenthaltsraum genutzt werden, einige Spezialitäten zum Sofort-Kauf sind auch im Angebot. Parken kann man direkt vor der Haustür in Hof, allerdings ist nicht viel Platz zum Rangieren oder Wenden, eher für kleinere bis mittlere Autos geplant. Das Haus liegt außerhalb und ist am Besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, fußläufig wohl nur für echte Wanderer zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist ruhig, da es unterhalb der Straße liegt. Allerdings ist das Haus selbst recht hellhörig. Diskussionsfreudige Gäste hört man wohl im ganzen Haus.

Not the room expected
On booking the choice of room was with lake view or garden view and we booked a room with a garden view. On arrival we were given a room in the basement with a window that only had a light tunnel to the pavement above. There were no garden rooms available and we were offered another room with lake view at extra cost which was in the attic but it had a very low beams which we had to wrap a towel around to avoid cracking our heads and no shower that you could stand up in because of the low roof. I would advise when booking you clarify the type of room you are getting as there is no mention of basement rooms. Whilst the owner is very pleasant and helpful we would not return to this particular accommodation

un giorno di pioggia
siamo arrivati con le nuvole e siamo partiti con il diluvio, cmq il proprietario è gentilissimo ci ha consigliato posti da visitare e anche da mangiare eccellentissimi, il posto è fronte lago ed è molto bello soprattutto la sera sotto il portico con tutta comodità.

Bon rapport qualité/prix, à proximité de Stresa
Nous avons logé dans une des chambres de l'appartement du bas (deux chambres avec deux salles de bain). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'avoir accès à une cuisine bien équipée avec frigo et congélateur, nous permettant de préparer nos repas. Le lieu est très calme et la vue très appréciable. Un grand salon avec grandes baies vitrées et une grande terrasse rendent le séjour très agréable. Les hôtes sont très gentils et serviables, et les petits déjeuners sont très bons. Cependant, le confort de la chambre n'était pas optimal. Le matelas était trop mou et deux lattes du sommier étaient cassées à notre arrivée (et remises en place par nous-même). L'isolation phonique laisse à désirer, on se croirait presque dans la chambre des voisins. De plus, la fenêtre de la chambre donne sur une sorte de garage, limitant fortement l'aération.

Location molto rilassante a ridosso del Lago Maggiore a pochi kilometri da Stresa. B&b pulito, il proprietario a disposizione degli ospiti. Colazione varia e genuina nella terrazza con vista lago.

Pleasant B&B on Stresa hill
We stayed 2 nights in the B&B while visiting Stresa and its surroundings. The room is clean and confortable with a large separate bathroom. However, as the "guest" area is located in the basement, the room and bathroom windows overlook a concrete wall. The common area (living room) is also ver large and includes a kitchen. We appreciated the warm welcome of the owner and his advice during our stay. The breakfast was good with homemade cakes.

Lovely setting
The room we stayed in was at the top of the house with a big balcony. The two loungers for sitting in on the balcony both had broken arms.It was very difficult to stand up straight in most of the room due to the rafters. We had to walk around bent over a lot of the time so that we didn't bang our heads. It was also very hot in the room (30 deg) which made it very uncomfortable for sleeping. I did ask if it was possible to get a fan but there wasn't one. The room was very clean & two free bottles of water were provided each day. The B&B is about a 20 minute downhill walk into Stressa but a steep walk back which is normally fine if you are fairly fit & it isn't unbearable heat. Breakfast was okay but it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit. This was our second stay at this B&B. The first time we were in a room which looked onto a brick wall which was okay for the one night. I thought that a room with a balcony would be better for our second stay but unfortunately this wasn't the case. There are rooms downstairs that looked alright which perhaps would have been better.

Simpatico b&b sopra Stresa
Trovato senza difficoltà essendo a circa 2 km all'uscita dell'autostrada e pur essendo in anticipo x il check-in suoniamo al campanello e siamo stati accolti veramente con cortesia. Nonostante un giorno intero di pioggia siamo riusciti a visitare molte cose seguendo i consigli del proprietario. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Che colazione!!!
Abbiamo passato una notte io mio marito e mia figlia di 5 anni. Abbiamo dormito tutti nel lettone (per Gaia è stata una gioia!) non c'era la tv in camera (c'era scritto di si) Posto molto pulito anche se il bagno era in comune con un'altra stanza. Ottima la colazione: abbondante e buona!!!

Hospitality - Well Done
Massimo was outstanding in providing excellent quality customer service. He will meet all your needs. Tough walk down to Stresa with little or no sidewalks. There are some short cuts but coming back up the hill in the dark could be a challenge. Would definitely return.
