Wheelchair accessible and helpful staff

I was traveling around Australia with my mom who is wheelchair bound and in Sydney we stayed at Radisson Blu plaza, we were so happy about our stay there. Everything was perfect: the hotel, the location, the wheelchair accessible room, and most importantly the service. Everyone was always very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel :)

Check in very slow, spa centre welcome not relaxing at all and not organized. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel location was okay, although I would recommend either staying closer to the port (for the view) or to CBD (for shopping/food). We unfortunately got assigned to a room that is poorly located. Our room was tall but narrow, and the windows are high up (I never saw windows that high up--the bottom of the windows was above my neck). It felt like a jail box. And the bathroom was poorly designed--there is only a narrow opening to the tub as it was mostly hidden inside a narrow space between walls. Very disappointed. The room was not close to a 5-start hotel standard. Had to call Expedia and complain. Expedia contacted the property and shortened our stay. We booked the remaining stay with Shangarila, and yes, the new room was so much more pleasant!
