Loved staying here. From the moment we arrived, staff were helpful & professional & were at all times throughout our stay. Plenty of space in the room & even a bath which is quite rare in hotel's these days. We used the pool & hot tub a few times & fresh towels were always available.
Breakfast was buffet of hot & cold food, always the same, but always fresh & the hot food was hot & well cooked.
5 minutes to walk to the train station, the big Westfield shopping centre & downtown Parramatta.
Only down side was we had hired a car during our week’s stay here & while the hotel had its own car park, it costs $20 per 24 hours, so our week cost us an extra $140 in parking charges. Just be aware of this if you plan to stay here with a car

Dear Bruce, Thank you for staying in Holiday Inn Parramatta and for providing your feedback regarding your most recent stay with us. We glad you had a nice relaxing stay and enjoyed our pool, breakfast and prime location. We do appreciate your comments regarding our parking and most are surprised by this. Unfortunately our hotel is too close to the city centre and we are under the NSW Parking Space Levy (PSL). We hope you'd stay with us again in the future despite this.

I requested earlier check out and they did not allow me to do so. Hence, they ruin my trip to Gold Coast by road.

Staff where very nice and helpfull.
Off street parking was easy and convenient.
Comfortable bed and pillows.
Very clean establishment.
Will be my goto for Parramatta in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Beautiful big room, very clean and neat. Huge bathtub and lovely soft big bed. Staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful.
