The hotel was spotless, including the dining area, which provided a generous free breakfast. One of the clerks, Moshulu, was especially helpful in overcoming the problems of a broken computer printer in the business center. The only other issue was the failure of your organization, and not the hotel, to notify the organization that sponsored my trip that their credit card was “declined.” I had to substitute mine, which apparently also had difficulties being accepted. Since I had used my card earlier that day, this is an IT problem at your end that needs investigation. I also don’t know whether my $100 “security deposit” was refunded as the same issues recurred at check out. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with my stay at this facility.
