Nieuw gedaan. Mooi huis. Dicht bij alles, met een prachtig uitzicht op Start Bay. Op loopafstand van hippe oude binnenstad van Noord-Tacoma. Minuten naar de waterkant. High-end buurt. Dit ruime huis met 6 slaapkamers is nieuw op de vakantie- en zakelijke huurmarkt. Het is ontworpen met u in gedachten. 6 slaapkamers, open keuken, privékamer, woonkamer, open haard zithoek, wasplaats en 3 badkamers geven u de privacy en ruimte die u nodig hebt om te genieten van uw tijd in Tacoma. ((Neem even de tijd om de video te bekijken) De grote ramen bieden een adembenemend uitzicht op de baai en de oude binnenstad van Tacoma. Ga in bed liggen en zie de schepen de haven binnenkomen. De ruime woning biedt voldoende ruimte om buiten te verzamelen op een van de twee balkons of gazons en geniet van uw tijd. Schiet wat basketbal terwijl anderen genieten van een buitenmaaltijd. Regenachtige dagen in Tacoma zijn prachtig als je uit het raam van voor de gezellige open haard kijkt. De vuurwerkshow vanaf je balkon op 4 juli is ronduit geweldig. We hebben ervoor gezorgd dat we voor alle zes slaapkamers nieuwe comfortabele matrassen hebben uitgekozen. Koffiezetapparaat, grote tv, wasmachine en droger en alle keukenartikelen die u nodig hebt om uzelf thuis te maken tijdens uw verblijf.

Prospect Hill is een van de meest gewilde gebieden van Tacoma, dicht bij alles wat u nodig heeft en wilt zijn. Hoog boven alles maar toch minuten van UPS, Musea, Tacoma Dome, Downtown Tacoma, Ruston Way, Wateractiviteiten, Point Defiance Park en op loopafstand van de populaire oude binnenstad van Tacoma. Prospect Hill is een chique, veilige en mooie buurt.

Dit huis is al meer dan 40 jaar in onze familie. Het is zo'n speciale plek. Het was zo'n zegen om elke dag koffie te drinken op het balkon, elke ochtend je ogen te openen en uit te kijken naar de haven voordat je voeten zelfs de grond raakten, samenkomen voor diners, bbq-lunches buiten op het grasveld of gewoon genieten van tijd met die je houdt van, dit is de plek waar je wilt zijn.

Hoewel we niet langer in dit huis wonen, hebben we besloten om het in de familie te houden en te delen met anderen voor vakantie, korte termijn verhuur of zakenreizen. U zult genieten van dit huis en deze omgeving en we zullen het geweldig vinden om te weten dat u ervan geniet.

We hebben vaak reissites gebruikt om huizen te boeken wanneer we reizen. We hebben ons het meest comfortabel gevoeld in de huizen die trots zijn op netheid. We hebben professioneel schoonmaakpersoneel en hebben de hoogste normen voor reinheid vastgesteld. Uw comfort is erg belangrijk voor ons.

Laat het ons weten hoe we u kunnen helpen om uw verblijf zo te maken als u had gehoopt. Wij zijn 24 uur per dag beschikbaar per telefoon en willen u helpen met alle details of accommodaties die u nodig heeft. Tacoma House

The property is very nice and the view is outstanding. We stayed here prior to a cruise that boarded in Seattle. The restaurants in the immediate area have outstanding fresh seafood. My wife and I and our two daughters and their family's stayed there. We did not eat in house much due to so many outstanding seafood restaurants being available. We could not pass them up as we looked at them at possibly a once in a lifetime opportunuty We had plenty of beds etc. While the house is smaller than we normally rent, we all felt comfortable. We booked far in advance and we were very happy with the home. We were somewhat surprised to find that the basement has an apartment in it and is rented out. While this was not an issue for us, I hope we did not disturb the tenant.We would hope we could rent it again if we are ever in the area.We sat in the lawn chairs and on the porches and very much enjoyed watching the ships etcThe residential area is very quiet and well kept

Everyone Loved It!

Our 3-generation family of 9 guests all loved this space. First level BR was critical for the grandparents as upstairs is not friendly to anyone with mobility issues. But the house, despite being old and creaky is well kept and the location and views were all very enjoyable. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. The owner was responsive and supportive. Five star property. Thanks Annie!

Amazing Views and Value

This beautiful home is tucked away in Tacoma just above the Old Town area with expansive, panoramic views of Puget Sound, Brown’s Point, and Commencement Bay. As much as the listing talks about and shows pictures of the view, the descriptions and photos don’t do justice to the breathtaking vistas. The home is spacious with a nice bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Two bedrooms upstairs share the expansive views you find from the main level living areas, and there is a balcony upstairs, as well as a large porch on the ground level. The home was immaculate and comfortable. Check in and out were a breeze. And Annie was very helpful and immediately responsive any time we had a concern. The location of the home is easy to find,near the end of a quiet and very narrow road. And from the home you can easily walk down the large hill to the water along Ruston Way, and there are several markets, restaurants, and coffee shops within a 5-10 minute drive. Overall, the value of the home is hard to beat. We can’t wait to stay here again next time we find ourselves in the Tacoma area.

Gorgeous Views, Incredibly Responsive Hosts

The house was just as advertised: gorgeous views of Puget Sound. So calm, so relaxing.It’s well stocked with everything you need.The beds are varying levels of firm and not so firm so we shifted around rooms, finding the right firmness for each person. It was nice to have that variability. It’s also conveniently located close to grocery stores and restaurants.The owners are incredibly fast to respond to any questions. They get 10 stars!The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the house has an ant problem. The owners came immediately and got rid of the ants in the room (Diningroom table). But later (we stayed a few days), I was stepping on ants in another room (upstairs bath). If they could eliminate the ant issue (and I don’t know how), this would be not a 5 star but a 10 star house.Would I stay there again? Absolutely I would love to.

Beautiful view all around, nice neighborhood

As a local PNWer who knows the not so clean reputation of Tacoma, this beautiful neighborhood of Prospect Hill surprised me and impressed me greatly. So many beautiful, old, well-maintained houses. Lovely neighborhood.6 minutes to 2 supermarkets across the street from each other. 6 minute drive to a walk along the shore and restaurants. 11 minutes to the History Museum.We saw fireworks in all directions on New Year's Eve. Wonderful time.The house is very roomy. Landlord says she'll add a desk which will be convenient. Landlord is super responsive.We couldn't get the Amazon Fire stick to work, and were stuck with regular channels and Youtube. Hope that access will be better for the next guest.Thank you!

This home is perfect for family gatherings. The views are amazing and the neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The home owner is very kind and helpful. We took walks everyday and visited a delicious coffee house about a two minute drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

A Must Stay kinda place

We loved this place. It worked well for my daughters wedding and the multiple family members that came and went from town. Host went above and beyond for us. We needed to check in early and then extended it for an additional day. Annie was so accommodating. 10+++ starts for this property and for the host!!!

Charming Home with Amazing View

Our stay at this location was wonderful. We had ten adults who were able to have a bedroom. The bathrooms were enough for us all to share. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. We spent one week in this location and it was as described in the details. The house was very clean and had all amenities that we needed. The view of the Sound is amazing. Loved having binoculars to look for whales. Ann was quick to respond before our stay with questions I had. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable!

Room for the whole family.

This property was so nice. The whole family came for our daughter’s graduation. There is room for everyone. We had 11 adults and a four year old and four cars (with room for at least two more). Grocery stores were very close by as well as restaurants and coffee shop. If you plan to do any cooking and have left overs, you may need foil, plastic wrap, or ziplocs. The coffee grinder and coffee pot were A+. We replaced a few skillets that were at the end of their life and were reimbursed!

Great Stay Over the Holidays

The pictures of the house were great and it didn't disappoint in real life. My family and I had a great time. Our host was excellent - great communication. Very clean, great neighborhood. There were 9 of us and it fit us very comfortably. We were able to walk to a few restaurants and bars. Museums nearby (a short drive). Overall a great stay. We'd definitely recommend this place and would stay there again. Total thumbs up!
