Dit mooie appartement is gelegen in het populaire en gerenommeerde Santa Maria Apart-hotel in San Eugenio, Costa Adeje.

• Het is slechts een paar minuten lopen naar de prachtige jachthaven van Puerto Colon en het strand La Pinta.
• Beide stranden bieden een breed scala aan activiteiten en watersporten. U kunt boottochten maken om de walvissen en dolfijnen, duiken, bootvissen en nog veel meer te zien.
• Aqua Park en Siam Theme Park zijn slechts een korte taxirit of 15 minuten lopen.
• Het complex is een zeer populair familieoord en heeft een 24-uurs receptie met beveiliging.
• 3 zwembaden (verwarmd, jacuzzi en kinderbad) met strandwachten.

Very good location and price vs quality

Complex located within a few hundred meters of Puerto Colon Beach with is nice bars and restaurants and harbour with water activity rentals. Studio is located on 1st floor with the balcon on the side of the entrance and parking of the complex. So no noise of the pool in the early morning, however also no inconvenience of parking cars from tourists or trucks from suppliers. The studio is large enough for 2 people, has a complete kitchen, good beds, good shower, clean washing machine and even a DVD player with a large variation in movies. The airco is perfect for hot days, however we did not have to use it this much as outside temperature was approx. 25 degrees Celcius. Except the nice welcoming package there were spices, olive oil, shower gel, shampoo and detergent available. When we arrived we met the owners that were in the studio. Very friendly couple who regularly check all of their appartments to assure the quality. During arrival a light broke which was fixed within a few minutes. It was mentioned several times that we did not need to hesitate to contact them in case of any questions or remarks. However everything was great and we did not need to contact the owners. Apparently Santa Maria has recently changed their policy. They had stopped providing all facilities to guests that rented from private owners. This includes the use of poolside bar, restaurant, and hire of safety deposit box, tennis court, self-service launderette and even Wi-Fi in the reception area. You can still use the swimming pools and the free loungers around the pool. This is a very strange policy to our opinion as they loose income from private rentals, additional to the loss in income on rentals. Normally we always had breakfast at their restaurant, but now we had in on our balcony, as the supermarkt is within 100 meters. Furthermore the location offers plenty of good restaurants for all prices and noice bars with entertainment. These restrictions did not adversely affect us during our stay. We would definitely book this studio again for our next stay in Costa Adeje.

Fantastic value for money

This apartment is fantastic value. Beds are really comfortable and you have everything you need. Location of the hotel is the best. Skip reception and just go left as you go in. The air con was really good too as the weather was amazing. The host gets back really quickly. The apartment is dated but I’d certainly return. You can now buy food and drinks from the pool bar just pay by card, reasonable prices too. Food and drinks around are do cheap. We will be back

Lovely apartment, everything worked and was clean. Good quiet air conditioning. Nice to have basics like a bottle of water and milk. Location is a little lively at the weekend, but noise minimal with balcony doors closed. Lots of nice restaurants and bars very nearby and only a few minutes to the beach.

Very good value for money. Other then needed a spruce up the apartment was perfect for us, slight problem with access and the shower but this was soon sorted with quick communication from Kathrine, beds very comfortable, air con was a life saver, washing machine a bonus. Located at the back of the complex very quiet, didn't really use the pool much but there was a nice sun terrace to get away from the kids playing in the pool. Santa Marie perfect location for our fave beach, bars & resteraunts , will be booking again.

My stay at The Santa Maria

There was not enough information given about the location of the apartment. Even the taxi driver couldn’t find the address. If it hadn’t been for the fact we had stayed in the hotel in the past, we would never have found it. The hotel reception manager was very rude to us when we asked about the apartment, saying that they had nothing to do with the private apartments in the hotel. They wouldn’t let us purchase Wi-Fi. Other than that our stay was very good. The room was clean with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend staying there. Just get a proper address if you’re getting a taxi from the airport to the Santa Maria hotel.

Brilliant apartment and location

Great value for money and central to everything you need. Hired a car but only parking available at the front of the hotel but not a problem to park on nearby streets if no room. Definitely recommend and would stay here again! Thanks Katherine
