Heerlijke chic!
Wat een heerlijk hotel, helemaal zoals het moet zijn. Zeker de moeite waard! De net gerenoveerde kamers op de tweede etage zijn fantastisch.

Hotel Sacher, een hotel met traditie, zeer gunstig gelegen t.o.v. alle bezienswaardigheden.
Ohne hotel Sacher ist Wien kein Wien mehr ! Een hotel met allure en grote traditie. Alleen al de lobby is al de moeite waard om te zien en beleven. De locatie is zeer gunstig, de gezellige binnenstadt en de chique winkelstraat en vele bezienswaardigheden zijn binnen handbereik.

We had 4 nights at the iconic Sacher hotel. Not only this hotel is amazingly beautiful but the gem there is the Staff. From concierge to maid, via barman, all is done with a smile, kind words and making you feel like an old precious friend. The breakfast is delicious and so varied. The breakfast rooms are a delight for the eyes too. The concierges can organise everything for you. From taxi to tickets. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. Elegance and practicality combined with old fashion luxury. The blue bar was our perfect place to go after a busy day exploring Vienna. We arrived before checking time but the staff organised an early check in. We left our luggages in storage after check out too as our flight was a late one. All was organised easily and with great attention to details. We recommend Sacher hotel very warmly and we hope to be returning one day. Vienna is a beautiful city and staying at the Sacher Hotel makes it a truly unforgettable holiday.

It has a charm of its own. Staff are very polite and attentive. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We wanted to go to the Opera and be able to walk around the center. Great location. Dinner at the hotel was great.

Wir hatten eine unfassbar schöne Zeit im Hotel Sacher. Das Hotel ist wirklich einzigartig und spiegelt den Flair von Wien wieder. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Oper und man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Das macht das Hotel perfekt geeignet für einen Städtetrip. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und super zuvorkommend. Ich habe noch nirgends so einen einzigartigen Service und so eine Gastfreundschaft erlebt. Der Concierge Service sowie Room-Service sind 24/7 erreichbar und über ein iPad im Zimmer buchbar. Die Speisen sowohl in den Restaurant als auch im Café sind einmalig und sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön dem Wiener Stil entsprechend eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich gestaltet. Alles ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die einzigen kleinen Kritikpunkte waren, dass im Bad keine Fußbodenheizung verfügbar war und es daher sehr kalt war und dass wir leider trotz der Zimmerkategorie einer Juniorsuite keine Teeauswahl auf dem Zimmer hatten. Ansonsten hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden jederzeit das Hotel weiterempfehlen und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Ein Aufenthalt mit Wohlfühlfaktor
Die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des Personals ist exhorbitant. Selten habrn wir einen solchen Wohlfühlfaktor erlebt. Insbesondere Micki aus dem Concierge-Team war extrem servuceoriwntiert und hat uns auch in die Historie des Hauses involviert und die anderen DSacher-Hotels schmackhaft gemacht.

Eine der ganz grossen Adressen in Wien - wenn nicht sogar in ganz Europa. Von der Ankunft am Flughafen bis zur Fahrt zurück an den Flughafen war einfach alles top. Das Hotel Sacher lässt keine Wünsche offen.

A classic property with beautiful appointments. The buffet breakfast is gorgeous but super spendy at $95 per head, not a daily thing. The Sacher cafe has a good breakfast menu for a third of the price. Great location across the street from the Opera House.

As we arrived at the hotel, we were immediately greeted at our car by efficient and friendly bellmen. As they parked our vehicle and gathered our bags, we checked in to the hotel with Alexandra. She made the process easy and walked us through the common areas / restaurant/ bar before finally escorting us to our suite. Our suite was beautifully decorated and full of cushy amenities- robes, slippers, an espresso machine, fruit, and most importantly a Sacher torte! We especially enjoyed the Blue Bar. It served creative drinks and great food. We've stayed at many fine hotels but this hotel is the definition of service and elegance.

Why would you stay anywhere else in Vienna?
Centrally located and a tourist destination in and of itself, the guests at the Sacher Hotel enter a sanctuary of comfort and service apart from the swirl of residents and tourists outside the hotel. Always greeted warmly, no request that can't be fulfilled, wonderful suggestions which are even better than described - I never stay anywhere else when I'm in Vienna.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sacher for four nights in August. The hotel is run smoothly and has soul. The staff especially the concierges were incredibly helpful and caring. Old school service in a gorgeous and elegant boutique hotel. I spilled red wine all over my daughters white linen pants and they delivered them back to our room perfectly cleaned and pressed . We will definitely be back to visit this wonderful hotel again.
