Our concept is based on our Lean Luxury philosophy, we do not offer everything, but instead to us the right things. Thus, we forego certain things, which we seem as unnecessary (like minibars or a restaurant) and, therefore, invest in other things – such as an organic breakfast, luxury beds and a central location. Therefore, we’re able to offer our guest highest quality to an affordable price. If you book your breakfast online with your reservation, you only pay 15 Euro, but we are also happy to give you some tips for popular breakfast spots. According to this concept, we also have a unique room design. We're providing pictures of our open bathroom layout during your booking process. Furthermore, our self check-in should not be interpreted as a lack of service as it simplifies an otherwise time-consuming process. This way, our team on site has more time to answer your questions. We apologize, if you had another impression and forward the feedback. We are also very sorry, that the heating system has not worked as planned or the regulation wasn’t clear. For any incident, please never hesitate to contact our hosts, so they can solve the issue as quickly as possible. In case our storage room is full, we store the luggage right next to the bar, where it is constantly being supervised by our staff. While our city centre location offers lots of advantages, it does mean we have less space to play with. That's why we design our rooms in a unique way to make the best use of the area available – by integrating the bathroom into the main room, for instance. We understand that our approach, including the frosted-glass toilet and all-glass shower, might not be to everyone’s taste, but it's part of our effort to keep the rooms feeling open and airy.
