Fabulous apartments, great area. Apartment was immaculate and beautifully finished with quality furniture & appliances. Marked down solely due to poor check in. Keys are delivered remotely to a hatch on a panel by the main door. When room is ready they send you a code to obtain the key. We never received our code email. Upon landing at 3pm we texted, whatsapp'd, emailed and tried phoning but no contact. We even rang expedia for help as it was gone 5pm, dark and very cold and we felt stranded. Got to apartments but locked. Spotted a button on panel by door which made contact with someone via intercom who got us into our room. I was told that email had been sent to us but their internet sometimes goes down and this would be the reason for non delivery and the phones not working as well. Would still recommend 100% though and would stay again.
