Property was old, furniture and decor were dated and worn down, and room I stayed in didn't match the description / the listed amenities of what I booked. Front desk staff were rude and unprofessional, and wanted to rush through every interaction without addressing any problems or issues. Everything about my stay felt like the hotel was trying to be borderline deceptive or misleading, and just trying to get the most money out of customers while putting in the absolute bare minimum amount of effort to make the stay pleasant. Won't be booking here again.

As a Hotel, we strive for excellent comfort and best customer service for our guests. Clearly, we did not deliver these standards. Please accept my sincerest apologies, as this is certainly not the level of service we would like to provide to our guests. I would like to assure you that we will take all necessary steps to address these concerns and I will personally speak with Front Office and Housekeeping Manager to look into the situation further as we heavily rely on our Front Office Associates to take care of and ensure satisfaction of our guests.
