If they kept up with upgrades it would be a great place to stay. It is nice and the beds were comfortable and water was hot for showers

Nice and clean. I didnt like Housekeeping is knocking at my door before check out. 11am is my check out and they starter knocking at 10am taking my extra time to rest. I know what time i have to check out

it was close to freeway, had restaurant's close by.

To start off the manager didn’t want to give us our room because she couldn’t find it even though she was given the room code and proof of receipt. Luckily the lady in the front desk was very comprehending of the situation and was trying to help us out. But the manager had no brain and started saying that we owed her because the price we paid for the room was to low. Well I preceded in telling her I don’t come up with the prices so that ain’t my fault and I’m not paying for anything. Even with the receipt in my hand that has all the info for our stay the manager tried denying us our room. Very dumb manager though is all I got to say.

It was nice overall but there was cracks in the wall and bathroom floor. It looked like they did some remodeling but didn't finish it. Other than that it was clean, the staff was friendly. We booked the king romantic room with jetted tub but was given 2 queen beds and no jetted tub so we couldn't have the romantic as planned but overall not bad.

Couple of staff members were not very attentive to customers and we had issues with key card several times.
