Property needs lots of TLC. Service is inconsistent throughout the hotel. Same as the quality of the food. The worse are the employees that you are told to see in order to get “all hotel information”. They want to invite you the a breakfast presentation to try and sell you “membership”. They are soooo persistent and annoying that it turned us off immediately. We declined despite their offer of gifts, free tour, etc. The real concierge team was very helpful and sent us to 3 excellent restaurants outside property: Taboo Tulum, Mar-Bella in Isla Mujeres and Rosanegra Cancun. Pool entertainment was cool. We loved the foam party. Nightly shows are very basic, very poor costumes, no AC in theater. Inside restaurants, the Italian “Ciao” was good and the service was on point. We had the hibachi at Zen, and it was also a good experience. Frida was terrible, food and service were terrible, we ran out. Breakfast was the best at Zen, great variety.

We always try to provide the best vacations to our members, although we do everything in our power to ensure great service to our valued Rockers, we are sorry to learn that we missed our mark this time.
