The tasting consists of tasting 4 types of Mirto:
- Berry myrtle: 2 cl in a suitable goblet, accompanied by small pieces of traditional pecorino cheese
- Berry and leaf myrtle: 2 cl in a suitable goblet, accompanied by typical Sardinian artisanal cold cuts
- White myrtle: 2 cl in a suitable goblet, accompanied by dark chocolate
- Myrtle and honey: 2 cl in a suitable goblet, served on artisanal ice cream (stracciatella or vanilla)
