- Kids under 8 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18 years and above) with an extra ticket (sold separately).
- BEAT Active Grip Socks are compulsory for some activities for safety. Non-BEAT active socks are not allowed.
- Grip socks are mandatory.
- Expectant mother, heart condition or abnormal blood pressure, medical sensitivity and back & neck physical condition is his/her own responsibility for health safety.
- Tickets and wristbands issued or purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable, not for resale or upgrade.
