It is very important that you arrive at the departure location 20 minutes before your scheduled flight time; this is imperative, and it’s required for both the briefing and the preparation needed to proceed with the flight. The boat cannot wait for any late arrivals; it will leave its base approximately 20 minutes before your scheduled flight time; therefore, please make sure you understand the timings well.
