Ongefilterde rijstwijn (Takju) en/of gefilterde rijstwijn (Cheongju) (afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid)
Monsters van gedistilleerde rijst (Soju)
De variëteit aan alcohol kan veranderen, maar in totaal zullen er minstens 7 monsters worden geserveerd en het zal voornamelijk bestaan uit sterke drank (Soju).

Koreaanse alcohol is veel meer dan een groene fles soju, wat verdunde ethanol met kunstmatige zoetstof is. Over het algemeen worden Koreaanse alcoholen onderverdeeld in Tak-ju (ongefilterd/Makgeolli), Cheong-ju (gefilterd) en So-ju (gedistilleerd). Hier zullen we ons richten op onze specialiteit, soju, maar we zullen ook andere soorten proeven.

Samhae soju was een geliefde gedistilleerde drank onder de adellijke klasse van de Joseon-dynastie (1392~1894) en deze luxe soju had een cultstatus. De huidige meester, Hyeonjong Kim, had meer dan 10 jaar geleerd en geoefend onder meester Taeksang Kim, die het recept in de familie had geërfd en bewaard. We zullen het voorrecht hebben om de geschiedenis te proeven.
