Our tour guide Marcos and our driver Enrique were terrific. And amazing. Marcos was well-educated about Chichén Itzá If you want a great Instagram picture, listen to Marcos, and he has some good suggestions for you, and I guarantee you'll get 100 likes. The Cenote was fun, and the trip to Valladolid was very educational. Overall this is a 5-star package.

This was such an amazing excursion. Pablo was our guide for the day and he was so fun and knowledgeable about the Mayan culture and history. I truly appreciated all his insights throughout the day while keeping it fun and engaging. Rodrigo was our Chichèn Itza guide and he was equally as awesome. Very energetic and knowledgeable when explaining the Mayan ruins and it’s history. Also s/o to him for all the amazing photo tips! 10/10 recommend this tour. The ruins, tequila tasting, and cenote were absolutely gorgeous, amazing experience

Alphonso was a GREAT tour guide! WE were the only English speaking people on the tour and he did awesome switching between English and Spanish. When we arrived at Chichen Itza he had called Rodrigo to give us a tour in English while he took the rest of the group. They were both really knowledgeable! WE really enjoyed it!

The description of the tour is vague, which creates confusion, for example, between the amount to be paid as "local taxes" and the entrance fee to Chichen Itza, we didn't know whether to add or remove amounts. Also, at the buffet, soft drinks are not included and it is not specified how much they cost. We ended up paying $35USD for 4 soft drinks. To be avoided! The "breakfast", a small piece of bread and a cup of coffee, was offered to us at 2pm. So it was not a breakfast. To be avoided too!

Our tour guide Daniel was amazing! He was knowledgable and funny and was able to control the group well in the crowds. The Cenote was wonderful and it wasn't too busy, but when we wanted to do the tequila testing , Ernesto the tequila guy, was very short and rude and hesitant to let us try them. When my friend asked to try one of the tequilas he responded with " are you going to buy it?" and did not allow us to try them... we were very put off, as the tour included tequila testing..
