"nice hotel clean and neat "

"The room I was given had a smell of wet carpet, the carpet was not wet though. The shower is a handicap showere and the water comes out of the showere flooding the bathroom. Which in turn I think that is why it smells like wet carpet prettt sure the carpet has gotten wet a few times. Most likely has mildew under it. They need to put a better drainage system in the bathroom"

"Lovely hotel on a beautiful lake with dining options everywhere. I really have only one issue and that is the proximity to train and street noise. The trains ran until at least 3 o’clock and occasional street noise could be heard as well- and we were on the. 7th floor. Perhaps a room on the other end of the hotel would have worked better."
