"Friendly staff, comfortable bed. Great location - quiet but easily walkable to the station, shops and restaurants. Good breakfast although we had a mixed experience over the 4 days when ordering hot food from the menu. During check-in, we were asked to choose a time slot for breakfast - there was no sign of anyone checking name or room number in the mornings however. Overall, a pleasant stay. "

"We love this hotel. It is in a great location that is walking distance to so many Rotterdam landmarks. The room was very clean, the people were incredibly friendly and Nulo who runs the restaurant on the 5th floor was great! He made a fantastic cappuccino and was very helpful. "

"Very new facility, near Den Haag-Centraal but no noise. Shares location with The Moxy Hotel, so a bit hard to find the first time. There is construction around the front of the hotel but is not too bothersome. Good breakfast. Only issue was that we were double-charged for our (prepaid) stay, and had to followup from home to get a refund. Otherwise would have been 5 stars."

"Very good 3-star hotel. Sufficient room size, quiet, in good condition. The food option is limited to a self-serve food and beverage store, which suffices in providing food & drink. No restaurant and no bar."

"Everything was exellent at Ramada by Wyndham. Intelligent, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and economical friendly Resort, close to the town and all areas in Scheveningen. Everything works and was above expectation. Beautiful resort, 5 star rated. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend this resort. "

"Be aware that it is next to a casino and the parking could be pretty crowded on Fridays and Saturdays. The bed mattress is overly soft, softest I have seen in fact, I prefer much firmer but this is personal taste I guess. The breakfast is paid, but really good both selection and value-wise. Overall, it is a good value, clean room with little annoyances."

"What a lovely little Rotterdam secret! This hotel is run by the third generation of family, and they pay attention…. to you. Hospitable and warm, it is clean quiet and centrally located in walking distance to everything! The smell of fresh baked croissants in the morning and their lovely breakfast are the way each day starts in this pleasant hotel. Excellent value!"

"Great location right next to the train station and easily walkable to everywhere in Leiden. Very modern decor. No reception staff which makes check-in very difficult, especially when booking through a third party provider. Rooms are nice, very modern. No kettle in the room for tea, only a coffee machine. "

"Staff very friendly, great location to the main railway station, bed comfy, shower very good. Unique hotel inside. Room is basic, no television or kettle etc. Marks/damage on the walls of the room. It was ideal for me and I would stay in this hotel again as I was only using it as a base to sleep, but if you want a bit more luxury/home comforts this isnt the hotel for you. "
