"The property looked different than I expected, more like condos. I was disappointed that the pool area closed at 8. I like to go to the jacuzzi at night. The jacuzzi was barely lukewarm though so that would be disappointing anyway. Overall, I enjoyed the property. "

"Everything was perfect. From check in to check out! There are four pools and each has its own charm and menu! We spent time at all but the spa. The new Conchilla pool had a great mellow vibe and menu. The room was really nice. We had a king lake view. Great location. The bathroom definitely could use a remodel but it was fine. The bed was firm and comfy nice soft sheets. Dog friendly but bring your own bowls because they are not provided. Lots of activities for the kids but definitely is...

"This is such a nice hotel will definitely stay again ,only negative thing about it is the jacuzzi water it’s has way too much Clorox/bleach , I got a horrible rash from it other than that no complaints."

"I’ve been going to the V when they were owned by Sonder. Now that they are not, there are some changes. Although Everything is still the same. The quality of the service room and cleanliness was great. The only thing I was surprised by was the deposit fee of $100 per night from what they told me. I understand that it’ll be refundable after but I wasn’t informed about that when I booked a room on this app. Just wish it was disclosed. Other than that, this hotel is great. Had a good stay."

"Love the Ace and poolside service and love the ability to check in early if available. Only issue is pool DJ was unnecessarily loud even after multiple people were complaining and was rude and still never changed the volume. "

"We stayed three days and the last day was bad. They closed the pool to trim the palm trees and they were not finished till 2pm! That ruined are whole day. Why didn’t they do a section at a time over several days? If not for this I would have given 5 stars. Very disappointed on our last day. "

"No daily cleaning service which was now communicated prior to. We ended up with two cockroaches in the room (thankfully on the last day). Some of the pools seemed to have a film - possibly from sunscreen - so it didn’t look clean. Otherwise good resort. "

"Great place to stay for a weekend away. Great amenities. Comfortable and socious room. Loved that they offered almond milk with the free lobby coffee in the morning. The heavily used pool seemed like it could use a cleaning. More shade cover on the deck and misters would have been nice. Food is overpriced at the pool bar and quality just ok. "

"Not enough parking for the guests, not even street parking. The room overall was in good condition, the overall aesthetic and ease of access to amenities are great. However, I discovered a toe nail in the shower upon arrival, the crevices of the tiles and in between shower doors was not thoroughly cleaned. Pool was good but the bar tender who served us was quite passive aggressive maybe since it was half hour till the closing time (the bar closes quite early too). "
