"All Hotel staff are so helpful and friendly. Service is very good with plenty of sun beds on the beach and around the pools. Never felt over crowded with space for all in beach area and pool areas. Lobby area is stunning and kept very clean with views of the ocean and palm trees. "

All items of food and drink tried were absolutely delicious. The staff are a credit to the hotel. They even remembered where we sat and what we ate - even after a one week stay only! "The prestige suite was extremely nice and the staff was amazing and constantly keeping everything spotless. If I had to criticize one thing it would be that three of the restaurants on site were way too creative trying to impress people with their skills rather than feed people that are hungry."

"We had a lovely relaxing week at Potato Head, took a couple of days for us to get relaxed after the journey, but the Potato Head team all over the property were warm, friendly always smiling and couldn’t do enough to give us a great experience. There are lots of wellness activities going on if you want to participate otherwise the poolside is beautiful, just lie on the comfortable pool beds and listen to the waves. As I said all the team there are amazing, a couple to mention, Devi by the pool...

"The resort is high standard the pools fantastic very friendly and helpful staff especially in the restaurants It was quite a trek from our rooms to the gym but the facilities were great There isn’t a lot within walking distance outside of the resort you do feel a little isolated from the action "

"We had such a lovely stay at renaissance. The peace and serenity we experienced everymorning on our morning stroll through the garden was perfect , surrounded by birds, Butterflies and gecko's, it felt like paradise every single day.  our ocean view room felt like a tree house as it over looked the forest and sea, the beds were unbelivably comfortable, the bath tub was HUGE,  the food was delicious, especially the balinese food  which was nothing like we've ever tired. We left the renaissance...
