Overall very happy with my stay! Reception staff were lovely and welcoming. However, waited around 45 minutes to get served at the bar. I understand the bar was busy but many people joined the queue after me were still served before me. Felt as if bar staff were ignoring me and thought this was very rude

Breakfast for an expensive hotel is very average. The higher than usual cost of this weeks accomodation would now make me consider other Amsterdam hotels for business travel.

This property appears to be in the middle of a change-over from an existing property. There is no signage visible until you are standing in front of the front door. Do not plan on coming here on public transport, dragging bags. It was more than a mile from our bus drop off.

Not worth the money.
Breakfast was a joke, reception is very hard to find since there are 2 hotels in same building. We were promised great view, got view of another building right in front of us. It’s definitely not worth the money. Too far from the city.

Had an amazing 4nights, lovely big corner room, great view. Service from check in to check out had been a pleasure. Will definitely be back, hopefully the pool and gym will be open as well.

When booking a hotel we looked at hotels with spa facilities including sauna. This hotel indicates to have these facilities, but unfortunately they are reserved for local swimming lessons at the weekend. So we could not make use of this. In terms of service, it was minimal. There was no housekeeping and no towels could be brought under the excuse "because of Corona". This while in other hotels we had visited last month it was no problem at all and it was simply placed in front of the door. Disappointing.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that some facilities were not available during your stay. After the swimming lessons and on Sunday there are timeslots available to get a chance to use the swimming pool. I hope someone explained to you during check in that we have a new cleaning procedure where guest can leave their dirty towels (and garbage) in front of the door and they can pick up fresh ones at the reception. This due to Covid-19, Marriott tries to keep the contact between guest and staff as low as possible for your and their safety. This is a strict procedure from Marriott, which we implemented as is. Super fabulous
wow this is as fabulous as the Marriott in the center which I love 💕 very much! I love the view here the staff are fantastic it’s feel like home the welcome and the cleaning is fabulous. There is a lovely restaurant in the 1 floor call L Lars. Breakfast not sure much .

Wasn’t a terrible hotel but also wasn’t the best. The girls working reception were incredibly friendly and that’s about it. The heating wasn’t working in my room and I asked 3 times to have it fixed and was given the run around every time. Getting your room serviced is pretty much none existent. I had a huge visible stain on my sheets for 2 days and had to take the sheets off completely for them to be changed. Surfaces in the room were never wiped down. I had tomato soup one night and the cleaning service managed to somehow spill the container in the bathroom (probably when collecting all of the trash) and did not bother to wipe it clean for the entirety of my stay. Beds were incredible hard I had to ask for an extra padding. There is service to a gym and sauna which is really nice and the complimentary breakfast was great.

Can't Wait To Go Back!
It was amazing! I loved how the hotel was away from the craziness of city center but yet, not far & not hard to get to. The staff was awesome and were so helpful from translations to suggestions during our visit. And the buffet was great! It's hard to find a full breakfast buffet with so many options in Europe. I'm a fan of interior design and hotel was decked out with fun, vibrant, and modern styles. I loved it!

Far from the sites but easy to get to.
The gentleman at the front desk made was very polite and generous with his time and information regarding transportation options to the points of interest. The room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows. But, the breakfast was a little disappointing but fair. Overall it was a good stay!

Best location and fabulous staff
This hotel is amazing, slightly out of the city centre, but that was just perfect for us. We like a quite area. It was however very convenient and easy to get to the city from the hotel. The staff madevour stay extra special. All of them extremely friendly, especially Jason and Sandra. I got sick while we were there and they went out of their way to get me what i needed to feel better. The breakfast was also very good. The rooms are a decent size and clean. I loved this place. Totally recommend it.
