"Everything about this property was lovely, the decor and garden were beautiful, bed comfy and good bathroom. The owners were warm and welcoming. Breakfast delicious. Nice quiet neighbourhood yet only a short drive to beachfront. Couldn’t ask for anything else. Only one slight criticism was the bedroom was very hot. Otherwise perfect. Definitely one to return to. "

"Karen and Graham were excellent hosts and the breakfast was a full English one and many other options in the morning. Pretty easy walk from the train station along the seashore promenade to the Guesthouse. We lucked out with 4 sunny days and enjoyed ourselves as many restaurants and eateries in the neighbourhood."

"Good stay. The room and bathroom were clean and the linen nice. However the room was compact and the limited storage was full of blankets and pillows. There was a portable suitcase stand but literally no where to put it. The biggest problem was being woken on the first morning by noise in the car park and the second morning by the noice from the shower in the next room, it was extremely loud. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. "

"This was a really lovely place to stay. We were a group of 8 friends, 5 of whom met at university and were celebrating 40 years of knowing on another. The property is characterful and quirky, and it felt very much like staying in someone's home. Had the weather been bad we would have found plenty to do in the house as there was a games room and a piano in the living room.
