It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. "Five stars. When we arrived the air con wasn’t working. Reported to reception and a technician was there within 10 minutes and we were upgraded. Accommodation was spotless and like new. "It was horrible ! No heating (except for one room) no hot water!! We were not able to take our shower, wake up during the night as it was so cold. Run far away !!. I explained the situation to the reception the day after and they were so kind to reduce the price by 1/3. "

"This little farmhouse is 100 years old and still had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds, nice showers and plenty of hot water. It gave us a taste of a life lived long ago. Views were beautiful and the town of Lucca was 20 minutes away by car. Shopping there is great. The farmhouse is remote, quiet, and in the middle of olive trees. Wi-Fi was good, and the parking was a nice amenity. Massimo provided us with a lot of local information which was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay."

"Wow, what a stay. We stayed here as a family for a week in May and it was incredible. The views from the villa are unreal and the place itself is gorgeous. Monica is a fabulous host who cooked us a delicious meal on our first night. Her and Giovanni were so welcoming and suggested a beautiful restaurant nearby one evening and even booked it for us. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend."

"Set inside a visitor park, at first we were disappointed by the location. It is actually behind private property signs in its own area (better fencing and signage would improve it). It is quiet (especially during the week) and with gorgeous views. The pool is a few strides from the house, rather than attached, but is pleasant and unusual. The owner was very kind and friendly and could not be more helpful - it is very welcoming. We had a fantastic stay, thank you."
