"I had the opportunity to interact with 3 different staff on my stay. Each one took personal attention to me and helped resolve my problem in a way they knew the issues were solved. The staff I met around 230pm and then 2 others around 1030pm or so totally made my trip. It was a disaster of a day for me and thy helped me tremendously."
