"Check in- they said I did not reserve a view room, which I did. The said they were fully booked. I pointed out to them that my other party and I booked at the same time for the same price and they got a view room. They then booked me in a view room. Also it took them three days to remove the $75 deposit fee to my room. Not good servce at front desk. They need more than one person there."
