"This location was perfect for a stay near Chiemsee. We were a short bike ride to the lake, to the ferry stop, to the train station or a short walk into town of Ubersee for a nice dinner our or an aperitif/shopping. The hosts were VERY friendly and accommodating. The bikes on site made our experience even better. We used the pool often and the spa. WE COULDN'T GET ENOUGH OF THE VIEW! The kitchen had everything we needed. We will stay here again and recommend it highly."

"Wir waren eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber sind superfreundlich und immer offen für Fragen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. In dem kleinen Ort gibt es in 2min Fußweg Entfernung einen Bäcker, einen kleinen Edeka und 2 Gaststätten, in denen man gut essen kann. Auch unmittelbar in der Nähe ist das Alzbad mit Spielplatz, wo man bei schönem Wetter in der Alz schwimmen kann. Die Besonderheit der Wohnung wird in der Beschreibung...

Vom Vermieter wurden wir herzlich empfangen und mit interessanten Informationen und Anekdoten rund um unseren Urlaub versorgt. Unsere Wohnung mit Balkon und herrlichem Blick in die Berge war mir viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet . Die Lage ist zum Ausspannen traumhaft, ein Quellwasserbeclen und eine große Liegewiese sind auch vorhanden. Wir hatten einen rundum traumhaften Urlaub ! August 2023"

"WOW!!!! What a fantastic rental in beautiful Kitzbuhel. Perfect location, full of warm cozy charm, beautiful views and a wonderful host (Theresa) that greeted us upon arrival. Susan and Adriana (Commendable Rentals) were both great to work with, helping arrange transportation and a chef (Vicki) to cook for one night. Some snow boarded while the rest of us enjoyed the Christmas Markets and shopping. We prepared a delicious Christmas dinner by a roaring fire while listening to the church bells...

"Easy after hours self check in. Breakfast was superb and had a great mountain view!!!! Restaurant was under construction and there was no access to the outdoor seating area, which was a bummer but not the end of the world. Super safe hotel. There were 20 to 30 police officers staying at the hotel and it seemed to be a normal thing. "
