I enjoyed staying at the beaver valley lodge apartment with my adult children during new years weekend. Only one thing I regretted in the unit was there is only one bathroom for 8 people unit.

So clean and cute! The person we dealt with at the office was so wonderful and gave us the whole rundown of the area so we knew where to go if we needed anything.

I was impressed with the space and the cleanliness of the Home Suite. It truly fits 12 people. It wasn't as close to Leavenworth as I had hoped, but it was an easily traveled road.

We really loved our stay here. It is beautiful and the town of Plain is quiet and very friendly. The location is great for being near Leavenworth and Lake Wenatchee without being in town during a very crowded Oktoberfest weekend. We were both impressed with how nice the people were here and next door at the coffee shop and bbq places. We definitely want to come back.

Amazing Gem in Tiny Town
Staff was incredible. Hidden gem for sure. Great to be out of the hustle and bustle of the touristy Leavenworth and enjoy some peace.

Nice property but was listed as Leavenworth and it is in Plain, about 25-30 minute drive from Leavenworth. Great espresso at nearby Plain Hardware and they even open at 7:30a.m.

Our address is listed as Leavenworth as that is our mailing address, and the zip code stretches a 25 mile radius around downtown Leavenworth. Plain is an unincorporated town within the Leavenworth jurisdiction and unfortunately we are not able to control these aspects. We are however conveniently located 15 minutes from Downtown Leavenworth and are able to offer our guests a great stay at a great price away from traffic and heavy travel packed areas. Again, we appreciate your positive feedback and we hope to have you back as our guest!

the only reason for the four star with staff was that i was not aware that they did not tidy up / get rid of trash daily. i did find out after the fact that you have to request this service.

We do not provide daily housekeeping in order to keep room rates low, to ensure guests are not disturbed during their stay and for the safety of our staff to prevent them from going into guests rooms that are checked in. We can provide extra assistance to guests during office hours by request if necessary however it is not a standard for us as we are a lodge and not a full service hotel. We will take your feedback into consideration and we sincerely appreciate your review and for staying with us.

Fit our needs perfectly. An outdoor communal BBQ would have been nice. A pool would have been amazing. The deer head on the wall of our room.. had to be covered. Very disturbing trying to sleep with it staring at me.

We are thrilled to have you as our guest, and we would love to welcome you back anytime!Regarding your request for a communal BBQ, due to guest safety and for liability reasons we cannot directly provide one for guest use however guests are allowed and encouraged to bring their own portable propane grill for use in our designated outdoor areas. Also, regarding the request for a pool unfortunately the theme of our lodge and our location cannot accommodate a pool however there are many areas right down the road from us with access to the Wenatchee river and lake Wenatchee area which provide great opportunities for floating, tubing, swimming, fishing! These opportunities you can’t experience at a hotel pool! We also apologize if the deer in your room caused any discomfort during your stay. Please understand that it's part of the lodge's rustic decor and if notified we could have switched you to a different room immediately. We will however take note of your feedback for future improvements to our rooms and offerings. Once again, thank you for choosing our lodge for your stay. We can't wait to have you as our guest again in the future!

Great place, if a bit out of the way.
This was a really neat Lodge. Priced pretty well, and extremely clean. The grounds were interesting, and the grocery store and hardware store (which has a coffee shop inside!) were extremely convenient. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed in Tuesday’s and Wednesdays, so we had to go into Leavenworth for dinner, which isn’t Berry convenient, and on weekdays many restaurants close before dark in the summer. Overall this lodge was a really nice place to stay!

We do offer our guests their own coffee in their rooms, and we do not provide breakfast or specialty coffee as it is a way to keep our room rates affordable for all guests. Also, there is the Old mill cafe, and hardware store next door who provide a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu as well as specialty coffee options.

This place shows great care and pride of ownership. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. The fridge and AC worked great to keep us and our snacks cool. The local hiking tips were helpful too!

This is a great little lodge!
We were warmly welcomed by the desk clerk who answered all of our questions satisfactorily and in a professional manner. Our room was clean, and everything worked. I will stay here again.

Nice little inn in an out of way area, but close enough to Leavenworth to make an easy trip. Surrounded by beautiful scenery. The room was pretty standard and clean. The walls are paper thin and the young couple in the next room were pretty active at night. I woke up one night at about 3:35am to what sounded like two people mixing a pot of macaroni and cheese. Then again at about 6am I again woke up to what sounded like someone pulling a boot out of the mud (repeatedly). I would definitely recommend this place.

Cozy quiet room
Very nice, homey room. Had everything you need. Never once saw any staff, even when we checked in. We picked up our key in an outside mailbox and stayed three days and never ever met the staff. Left our key in the room when we checked out. A bit far from the center of Leavenworth. A curvy mountain drive. Next time we will stay closer to the action in center of Leavenworth .
