"2nd time I’ve stayed here with my gf, great place for a weekend in the city. Easy 20-25 minute walk to all the North Shore destinations. Even shorter walk to downtown destinations. Point Park is beautiful and it’s literally right in front of the hotel. Rooms are a bit smaller than you may anticipate, but very clean and accommodating with wonderful views of the city or river. "Wonderful service and a beautiful (if a bit dated) hotel. We felt very pampered over all, we only wish they had cleaned our room a bit when they brought us extra towel. We did leave a card asking them to change our sheets. It’s also a great location in the city "

"The only drawback was the lack of the cafe which is apparently under construction. Getting a good cup of coffee was not possible without going for a several block walk. The room coffee machine provided also coffee. There is a small onsite restaurant and there are quite a few others within walking distance. Otherwise I would stay here again. The staff is friendly and responsive. I will stay here again. "
