Really liked my stay at hilton especially from the warm and kind welcome of Ahmad (receptionist) , i ended up extending my stay . Breakfast was very good lots of options . Bu out of all i would say the welcome I received from Ahmad was the most important , so much so that i felt as if i was home , i would visit again next time.

The Hilton Gardens in Muscat has the best customer service staff that I have ever experienced. From the front desk, restaurant, house keeping and concierge, they were faultless. I will definitely return.

Great property for short or extended stay. The rooms are clean an spacious with comfortable beds. We extended our stay by a few days and decided to stay here instead of leaving for a cheeper hotel.
Lots if restaurants within 5-10 mon walking distance. I would stay here again

The rooms are modern with nice amenities. Buffet breakfast is great and staff are very accommodating. The hotel could use a little better information during check in - such as hotel features, nearby restaurants and shops, and also help with understanding the taxis which are parked outside - I spend nearly £75 on taxis across various points in my 3 days, and I sense prices were marked up quite a bit.

Booked for king size bed paying extra 30USD and they said only 2 single bed room available in-spite of them able to see my specific booking. Not the first time happening with this hotel also and reception people dont care

An amazing hotel in a quiet part of the city with good links to the west of Muscat. Pool area is very well maintained and gym useful for a workout. Breakfast buffet and evening meals nice in the restaurant.
There is no bar, and no bar that serves alcohol which is different to the description on the site but didn’t bother us.
Staff very attentive and easy to get a taxi out the front. Room welcoming and comfortable.

02 night stay was amazing. Its extremely clean, well maintained and perfectly located in the heart of the city.
The restaurant in the hotel served very good food as well and was not highly priced, even though taxes were very high.

The hotel is lovely! Service is excellent, and the rooftop swimming pools are luxurious! The only caveat is that the surrounding area is a little bit unsafe for walking; I had a man follow me down the street, which was disconcerting.

Excellent for British families with young children, we had a lovely stay. The staff were incredible, they helped our boys with their breakfasts on a morning and around the hotel. The bedding was lovely and the hotel to a very high standard. We will definitely be back.

Rooms were clean and well stocked. The hotel was great over all. It would have been nice if they had a better gym and maybe a heated pool. I happened to be there during the short period of winter in the region. The restaurant was excellent and the coffee shop out front had good treats too.
