"We was meant to stay here I booked a room with double & 2 singles, when I got the confirmation it stated 1 double 1 sofa bed the property made the mistake, after calling hotels.com to try to resolve I got nowhere, so I had no choice but to book another property. After booking another property I then get a call from this property saying they made a mistake. Hotels.com wouldn’t refund me. So I asked the property to refund me which was short by £20 odd pounds. So overall not a good experience "

"An area of the bedroom carpet was very wet and we had to stand on it when accessing the wardrobe and when passing through the door. This was especially unpleasant during the night. The carpet showed no signs of drying out so the possible cause was a drainage leak from the adjacent shower room. The communal rubbish bins, located in the car park directly below the flats were overflowing with bagged and unbagged household rubbish dumped in many areas. It was likely that vermin would be attracted...

"Meadow Terrace is in a great location in Shrewsbury. A parking space is available for the duration of the stay. The beds were very comfortable. It is an old house on 3 levels, so quite a few stairs, but with plenty of room for the 2 of us. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was our second time here."

"A lovely private get away if you need to unwind and relax this is the place , cosy and warm , bed comfy and outdoor space amazing with hotub and garden area . "We had a lovely stay and thought the hotel and staff were excellent. Unfortunately we were woken at about midnight by loud, screaming women outside, which went on for quite a long time! Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the car park. I have nothing against people having a good time, but think maybe a security guard could possibly prevent this from happening. We would stay at this hotel again but would request a room away from the car park/bar area."

"Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, bar and restaurant downstairs, short taxi ride from the train station. World of Wedgewood and the Wedgewood Museum were well worth another taxi ride, and Hanley Park (large and beautiful) was a short walk away. Shower was lukewarm, not sure if that’s because we stayed in a handicapped room. Otherwise perfect!"
