The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set."

"It was perfect for our stay to visit our son at Elim Bible Institute and College. The property was surprisingly was quaint and quiet! We never heard any of the activities that went on through the movies or the flea market traffic! We actually enjoyed a stroll through all the hubbub. The place felt brand new and everything we needed."

"The property is just as described. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch and were surprised how quite the neighborhood was with our bedroom windows open. Good mattress! Great location to walk downtown and two restaurants right across the street from the house."

"We spent a couple nights at this beautifully taken-care of place with a lake view. The home was clean and envying we needed was there. The view from the deck was perfect for having your morning coffee and we enjoyed using the BBQ. While there is no direct water access, there is a public beach just over a mile away. The place is probably best suited for a couple or single person for longer stays."

"The property is excellent and well maintained. The house actually 2 apartments, though we we did not see anyone staying in the other apt. The house feels like its in the middle of farm country but it is close to SUNY Geneseo and all the shopping and restaurants. Our only issue was the Vrbo app would not let us reply to the property owner when we received our check-in info. Thankfully there were no issues and we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting the area."
