"The house and property are as presented in the description. The kitchen and family gathering areas are excellent and very well appointed. The location and lawn area near the Potomac are amazing. Quiet, remote, and plenty of wildlife for all to enjoy. We were in the area for a family member's memorial service so it was nice to have such a large place to gather with our immediate family and have some extended family join us for a nice breakfast and relaxing morning visit. Would highly recommend...

"We had a wonderful time and rarely left the property! We stayed during the week so the campground was quiet. The cabin is very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The decks overlooking the river were a favorite spot for coffee in the mornings and drinks in the evenings. Although we did not get into the hot tub, it did look lovely. "This Coolfont cabin was the perfect weekend home for our family of four (and our dog). Friendly staff at the lodge welcomed us with giant smiles and answered all our of questions. The cabin was cozy and warm with ample space. Large, clean bathrooms. Especially loved the wood stove. We enjoyed the hiking and biking trails nearby, as well as the on-site restaurant, on-site pool and brew pub just across the street. Will definitely be back!"

"We stayed for a quick last minute getaway. Lots of value for the price. The house was well stocked with necesseties and mostly clean. It could use a more regular deep clean as the windwsills by the kids bed had old bugs, cobwebs on some decor and under the couch trundle bed was very dirty. There wasnt wifi and the number that was left for us couldnt be used on the house phone. None of this hindered our stay though.
