"When i got to there apartment i was told there was no booking it had been cancelled this was all over the phone number provided on the door of a so called reception . "We were on half board basis and we made a huge mistake because food was terrible. We had only 1 breakfast and 1 dinner and all other days we had to eat somewhere else.
