This property is located in walking distance from the train station and directly across from the subway station. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is very accommodating. Breakfast was included and even thought it wasn’t the best, it wasn’t the worst either. Would definitely stay again when in Rome

Hotel was in a good location, across from the metro and 10min walk from Termini station. Overall clean and modern facilities. However, the AC was turned off in the hotel and it was very difficult to sleep at night as it was getting very humid and muggy, and if I kept the window open it would be noisy from the outside. I had a terrible sleep the entire trip and for a hotel that prides themselves as being new modern hotel that includes AC I was quite disappointed as I could have booked somewhere else.

Very pleased with the upscale feel of this hotel.. Beds are very comfortable, staff is wonderfully attentive and we had arranged for a pickup from the airport and that was very pleasant as well.

The hotel is located near the train station with some options for dinner nearby. The staff at the hotel were not friendly, inviting or welcoming at all. We arrived early and although they allowed many other guests to check in early, we were required to wait more than 3 hours. When i inquired, we were told other guests were just lucky. Although the room should be cleaned daily, it was not cleaned and we had to request housekeeping on the second day. Although overall hotel and brekfast were decent, I wouldn't recommend this property or stay again due to the service.

HORRIBLE! the staff was so rude and the room DISGUSTING!!!!! There were ants everywhere!! We weren’t offered a room change and maintenance came upstairs to spray our room with chemicals. It was absolutely horrible! They offer no water and made us purchase it at the store down the block. Honestly save your money

Nice, good size rooms. Nice bathroom, although the shower was a bit narrow. Well air conditioned. Friendly staff. Breakfast was typical buffet with option for an omelet for an extra 6 Euros. Blue Metro stop located around the corner from the hotel made getting around by subway very convenient.

Short stay in Rome
We stayed at Hotel St. Martin in October of 2022 and really enjoyed it which is why we chose to stay there again. This time we found the front desk staff less friendly. Our room was smaller than last time and when we asked for an upgrade we were told it would be €30 extra per night. Otherwise everything was good. Hotel is 5 min walk from the Termini train station which is very convenient. Short walk to the Trevi fountain and to the Spanish Steps. Overall great location and a good hotel away from the busy tourist noise.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. Bed was not very comfortable but seems on par with others in Italy. The location is only great for walking to metro and Tremini. There weren’t many restaurants around and we weren’t impressed with any of them.

First the positives: the room we stayed at looked like it was newly renovated. Hotel is located not far from termini and a metro train station for those who want to take public transportation. Restaurants nearby. Hotel staff was quick to fix the issue when we checked-in. Thank you! The negatives: On check-in at around 3.30pm, we were given a room that was not ready (bed was unmade and room left messy by previous guests). This was rectified straight away however when we went down to reception desk (we were given a new room). Room has a balcony which cannot be opened for fresh air. Would be nice to look out and see something green instead of just 4 internal walls! Maybe a vertical garden would be nice here, Room felt very cramped (compared to little, quaint hotels we stayed at in Barcelona and Madrid). Walking at night around the area felt a bit daunting! Not sure whether I would stay here again. Probably better to stay within the city centre to save money on taxi fares.

It is a relatively quite area, yet it is convenient, The metro B line is just at the corner of the hotel, it takes one stip to the Main station which you can transfer to metro B line or train, if you walk, it take less than 10 min. to reach the main station. Hotel has a clean and bright lobby and clean room. Breakfast is descent.

Warm and friendly place with nice rooms.
We were so lucky to have chosen this hotel in Florence. We were so happy with the distance from the train station, and to all the sites we walked around in the heart of Florence. We thought the hotel was really clean and beautiful. The room was very nice. Quiet area. The breakfast was plenty and really good. Similar to the other hotels. They helped us at the desk so often with phone calls and support for our last luggage. We felt super taken care of. We will stay again.

Comfortable and new business hotel, not ecological
New business hotel in Rome, large rooms, affordable, large and comfortable bed. They still use single use shampoo etc., breakfast ok but juices horrible and cheap and bizarrely used single use plastic glasses - why??? Staff could have been friendlier at checkout
