Spotless modern flat situated in a somewhat clinical building. Comfy beds, plenty of towels. Full soap and shower gel provided, and kitchen cupboards are well equipped. Large lounge/kitchen diner with plenty seating and a small TV. Communication was a little ott. I think for our two night stay there were around 4 emails and then calls. We were somewhat confused by the heating usage policy, seemed to say that if they deemed we’d used more than £3 a day we’d be charged on a monthly breakdown policy, but unsure how a guest can know whether this is true without seeing readings/bills?

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us and found the apartment well equipped. Thank you for your feedback regarding the communication, we will certainly consider this at our next communication review which is due soon. Regarding the heating, charging the guests is not something we want to do or do very often. Unfortunately, some repeat guests have abused the heating, leaving it on high all day with the windows open whilst they are out, despite our requests for them to be more considerate. As such, some monthly bills are in excess of £250. We felt that charging the relevant guest for excessive usage was more appropriate than raising our nightly rates. This should not affect the majority of our guests and for those who may be affected, we would communicate with them before it is implemented. I hope this re-assures you, but please do contact us if you would like further clarification. We look forward to welcoming you again when you are next in Swindon.

Self explanatory
Quality of service was really good- easy check in & out, quick, helpful staff. Clean on the outside would be an accurate representation of this hotel. Both bedrooms were reasonably ok, however the bathroom and kitchen definitely need further attention for hygiene reasons. Vanilla air fresheners were so strong I’d fall asleep with a migraine every night of my stay. The area itself isn’t too great either (although this isn’t down to the property itself) every night a group of people sat in the car park with music turned up v loud consuming some sort of substances?.. My genuine advice would be avoid if / where possible.

we lost our front door key (or thought we had) one evening - left numerous calls on their emergency number to get a message ‘we are on another important call but will call you back shortly’ they never did. Suggestion to provide two keys.

El apartamento estaba muy nuevo y limpio. Tenía todo lo necesario para que nuestra estancia fuera confortable. Estuvimos 6 noches y realmente nos sentimos muy cómodos.
