"One of the best beaches in the world is literally a few steps from the lanai. The house is jaw-droppingly gorgeous, spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious, and well stocked with linens and kitchen equipment, and the property manager was very responsive."

There was a long driveway for parking, lots of space inside the house including a large kitchen, multiple beds on multiple levels. The deck area was big & fantastic for a small gathering. "The house was very welcoming. The location was a little further then I thought but not complaining. 2 bars with in a short walk that had live music. I would say it is my top 10 places I would stay again."

"The property was very clean and everything looked brand new. The place was right across the street from the beach which was perfect. The property manager was very responsive and made sure everything was going great. It was our first time staying in Sunset Beach and we will definitely be back!"

"Condo was on 2nd floor. Nice ocean view. Was clean upon our arrival. Only a few small maintenance issues which didn't affect our stay. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen could use some more items such as plastic cups. There were glass cups. Bare minimum to cook. The beach chais were nice. Overall would recommend. Check in staff was pleasant."

"The pictures did not accurately reflect what the house was. The house was dirty overall - kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedrooms. The sofa was missing some of the original cushions and was replaced with ill fitting cushions that were covered in a terrible type of material and those replacement cushions didn't fit the size of the couch and were extremely uncomfortable. "Great place to stay. Our 1st room had a funky smell so we asked for another room. Front staff was very accomodating. Was able to get fresh coffee from the registration area as the coffee maker wasn't really a coffee pot. Loved having a full size kitchen, 2 bathrooms and deck. Would stay again. "
