The hotel was in a great location for the COHO ferry and close to downtown. The staff was amazingly helpful with check in, storing bags prior to checkin, and with various small requests while we stayed. The city view from our room was beautiful, the room, hallways, elevators, and pool/gym were wonderfully clean and tidy. From valets, front desk, housekeeping, and gym/pool staff, all were friendly and helpful. We had absolutely nothing to complain about! 😀

The room are so beautiful. The room service staff brought anything we needed so fast. You could tell they have done beautiful upgrades to the from. The front counter staff was efficient but please tell them to be more friendly, we didnt see any of them even smile!

Loved how clean the place was and how friendly the staff was and how everything was really close by inconvenient to the downtown area. Food was excellent downstairs. I would always recommend to go eat at that restaurant and the only thing that I can say that didn’t like was if you don’t like watching TV this is a great place to stay at but if you do wanna watch a TV in your room, the TVs are really small about the size of my laptop computer not really worth it, everything else is excellent just not a good TV in the room

Great place to stay. Easy check in. Good amenities. Cleanliness 8/10 (mirror in washroom not thoroughly cleaned). Beddings good. Good room service. Staff are friendly, except for the receptionist at Fathom (restaurant inside the hotel) who seemed a bit distant or shy maybe. Server who served me was bubbly and friendly. Pool and hot tub, sauna available. Overall, I give Hotel Grand Pacific an 8.5/10 for our experience.

A perfect location on the inner harbour! Views from our suite amazing both morning and evening. Will definitely choose this hotel on my next stay. Hotel is quiet, but outside, the city is hopping - so you will hear noise from the street with people enjoying the harbour neighborhood, but not intrusive. Staff excellent.

Check-in was pretty easy. Personal was very friendly and accommodating, I arrived earlier than my check-in time. Both common area and room has that old chic but at the same time it’s all in great condition. Definitely the place to stay again.

The Hotel Grand Pacific is an amazing hotel. The employees are very friendly and efficient. The facility and amenities are wonderful and the indoor pool is huge. Daniel from the reception was so helpful. We arrived a couple of hours early and he was able to accommodate us. Very nice as I have chronic pain and the trip from North Van to Victoria wasn’t easy for me but I was able to rest up a bit for us to enjoy a walk around the hotel. It’s located in a very convenient location 2 min walk from the Parliament building, harbour and we didn’t need to get our car and we walked all around the area. Super recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Victoria.

The location is great. Quick walk to the Royal BC Museum and Parliament. Had room service for dinner one night with the beautiful view of the harbor and city. Room service food was very good as well as our dinners in the onsite restaurant.
