Staff was very welcoming and although we arrived early (before regular check In time) and our room was not ready, we only had a short wait as the young lady contacted housekeeping to prepare the rooms for us. Additionally, we were given welcome drinks and made comfortable while we waited. All staff throughout the stay were extremely polite. The location was very convenient close to the Central Station, retail shops and restaurants. The only thing we didn’t like was the wall paper in the room, but this may appeal to others as it’s a matter of taste. Should we return to Zurich we will definitely choose to stay at Town House Boutique Hotel again.

What a lovely stay albeit for one night. Gorgeous room and literally a two minute walk from the Zurich train station. The staff went above and beyond offering to pay for two drinks if the room wasn’t ready by 1:30pm even though checkin wasn’t until 3pm. We came back at 2:30pm after lunch and the room was ready—-but they still covered our drinks (which is huge given the cost of everything in Zurich)! The location was phenomenal so we chose to walk everywhere but local public transportation is easily accessible.

The hotel was accessible to most shopping areas. Very close to the train station. Hotel staff was very receptive and helpful. Would definitely return on my next visit.

Good hotel for the amount of time stayed there. Can get tight if there are more than 2 checked luggages in the room but it was manageable. Many restaurants and stores in the surrounding area and bus/train station less than 3 minute walk away. Main downside was the windows didn’t block noise well which meant I could hear all the people outside at night talking.
