Most of the tourist attractions are on the other side of the station but about a block away there are some lovely restaurants and shops. My room was very clean, the staff were terrific. "This not a hotel. It is a hostile. There is no on-site staff of any kind, and breakfast is a 5 or 6 minute walk away. Not a big deal, until you’re walking through freezing cold and rain before your first cup of coffee! That being said, it seemed clean, the building was quiet and pleasant enough. "Unusual to stay in a very old part of an estate like this. Parking is free. Stairs for luggage, beautiful rooms, no fans for hot days, but I hear this has been record heat during our stay."
