"Great hotel with lovely staff. Easy for bus transport and parking a car. Quiet location but very scenic. Hotel is problematic for people who have mobility problems due to steps and stairs. We loved being in this beautiful area of Scalloway."

"Although the hotel was rather dour from the outside, it was perfectly nice, if a little old-fashioned, inside. Particularly good was the food. The sirloin steak and kippers were the best we have ever eaten in a hotel or restaurant and are locally sourced. Service was very good and the room was very ..."
